I think the hard part would be finding a turbo small enough. Those things are rare and expensive.
It would be cool as hell though.

If you are serious, I would suggest building it out of wood. It will last longer and if you are ever stranded on the side of the road in a snow storm you can use it for firewood.

good luck. do you know how to derive a cross sectional area to create the desired A/R? Or it might be easier to start with the a/r and integrate to find the f(x) to get an idea of the area needed to start making the housings. Thats some complicated ---- right there and thats the easy part.
