I have a gm4 off a 95 6.5 turbo diesel and was wondering where I can get a flange for external wastegate and o2 housing removal. I cant find one that will fit that awkward 4 bolt pattern. and was hoping not to fab one, although it wouldnt be too bad

 

Do you have the stock o2 housing that came with the turbo? You can weld the flapper shut or even remove it and weld a wastegate flange off of it if you'd like (HMT style). Only issue is that it's v-band, but that's easy to solve. I have a couple of the o2 housings here at the shop and they look easy to modify for external. You can always just have the flange made and then you can make it look pretty and delete the stock o2 housing like you want. 2 options for you, but I can't help you locate a flange lol.

 

Trace out the flange and send it to Weir. Aaron can make any flange you desire.

 

do you not have access to a plasma or torch ?


buy a gasket for it trace it and cut it :1
