Ghetto Spring Wastegate

Does anyone have any pics or a detailed description of how they hooked up a spring to the wastegate instead of using the stock actuator? Thanks. Joe

hook one side of the sping to the flapper and the other side to something else, run car see how much boost the spring holds, adjust

So nipple on the actuator that hooks up to a vaccum source doesn't matter. Right? Thanks.

you are taking the whole actuator off, so no it doesnt matter
