YES i have catch can setup....its a egay one...not vented...goes like this PCV-Catch-PreIntake turbo. And then valve cover vented to ground....Well the catch can ONLY catchs ---- when im driving normal like 1psi or so...but when i hit full boost ------- thing sucking everything...THat when im going up the mountains like for 10 minutes straight my valve cover starts shooting oil...Not alot but enought to ------- make a mess......Im like ----...engine is fucked...well no i got back home and yeah i was low bout half a court...did a comp test was fine...so i added oil...and drove her sounded good pulls hard....and no oil loss....SO only when i hit the mountains and always on boost is where im having problems...IS there a way to make this stop...ONE the ------- thing is not catching ----...so idk...feel like making a hole on the top and put a fitting and a breather...but idk...what you guys think...And my pcv is stock one...the fucker wont come out for ----...its a metal one also...I have a 86 accord...when i did the rebuild never fucked with it or what not...anywho any pointers guy it would help me out alot...

I use a thing called a "krankvent" between my pcv valve and the intake mani. Google it. They show a 2 krankvent system, but I only use one on the pcv side, w/fresh air into the valvecover
Think of it as a heavy duty pcv valve, I think it will hold back about like 75 psi. A pcv valve will not. A pcv valve is really made to slam shut in the event of "backfiring" thru the intake.
I don't even have to use a catch can at all with my set up. (7psi)
You are definately pressurizing the crankcase imo.
It's that small silver canlike thing right after the pcv valve, on the other side of the charge pipe, you can see the "fresh air in" side of the circuit:

I don't have much experience with Honda's but I agree, you are pressurizing the crankcase. My setup is much different but what I had was a breather that was attached to the intake just before the throttle body that was under a vacuum most of the time which lead into the crankcase and then to the intake plenum. When I went to boost this line allowed the boost to pressurize the crankcase and I eventually popped out my dipstick and had an oil geyser under the hood. All I had to do is disconnect that line and let it draw in ambient air through a filter. I allows some air to bypass the MAF but so far it hasn't been a problem. Any pressure that builds up in the crankcase will just vent out the same line.

Just sharing my experience...of course this probably has absolutely nothing to do with your problem. FYI.

ummm instresting....I might have to consider that. Yea i notice also the PCV is not working right...SO ill have to do that

Don't use the pcv setup, take a line off the valve cover and one off the back of the block and make sure you have a breather on the catch can itself. No breather causes alot of problems.

Well i just gutted my PCV...why not use it? And the way i got my catch can is Preintake turbo-Can-PCV...---- is working like a dream now
