getting my car tuned in a week need some help
I'm going over my car before I trailer it 2 hours to a tuner. I want to put some good plugs in it and I'm thinking NGK but the local auto store people are no help. Does anyone know the part # on the NGK spark plugs for a 95 del-sol with the D16Z6? I don't know if I should go with a colder plug ether. any advice would be great. thanks
setup
Z6 stock bottom and P&P head.
65mm TB with port patched intake manifold
stock ignition
GM 3bar map
td04 14B with stock 7psi wastegate
HF crx manifold with td04 adapter
front mount intercooler
p28 ecu chipped with chrome pro

it was free. plus I'm going to be building a motor for more boost soon so I went ahead and installed it. Its not hooked up its just sitting there. Right now I have the stock map with a missing link.

personally I wouldn't even bother paying for a tune with that setup, just grab a basemap from xenocron.
you're not going to be making any real power to worry about leaning out.. just make sure you have some decent injectors and pump before you bother getting a basemap.

when i saw that you saved that crx form a horrible life of uncle ben's finest, i thought you were ok. but this thread just fell off the failboat. paying for a tune with a 14b on 7psi is a waste and that missing link will ruin your stock engine. i cant believe it hasnt yet
