getin a mani for a rhb5 have a few ?s about fuel and other turbo things
hey guys im gettin a turbo mani for my ls motor it is flanged for a rhb5 turbo(i can get one for about $50) should i keep this turbo or get a 14b.. Also ive had a turbo eclipse i know the dsm injectors are good i just have a ? i only want to run 6psi on my ls block what do i all need for fuel(getin a fuel pump and 450cc) what do i use to tune them?? i will be running a front mount and a 1g bov any input would be really nice thanks i also searched and know u guys hate these turboes but will it be ok for 6psi..

both of those turbos are overly small for any b series.
fuel pump stock will handle more than you're going to throw at it.

so what do i get to control those 450cc injectors?? also how is the 14b to small eclipses go 12s on them and they can handle up to 22psi will push 15psi on a 2.2L till redline with no drop off.. So will the rbh5 no hold 6psi till redline?? thanks for all the input guys

The IHI will certainly hold that psi until redline. But by then it will be so inefficient, and on top of being so small, you might as well try one of those electric hair blower units on ebay.

hahah u guys hate these turboes that much!! has anyone had good luck with them? what do u guys use to control your fuel on your setups plz let me know thanks

i have an IHI and its not half as bad as the people say it is, although it sometimes gets annoying cause it hits boots so early haha thats it though. My car redlines at 6500 and it pull all the way up there at like 7-8 psi. This is a very easy turbo to work with and you should'nt have to shave your block or dent the ---- out of your frame incase it doesn't clear anything. umm i have dsm 450's and they are controlled by TurboEDIT because i'm OBD 0. Since you have an LS this turbo would spool up even faster and probably loose it a bit sooner then mine would, i'm running my IHI on a D15B7 block.

what is turboeditn? and where can i get it?? thanks for the input on everything guys yeah i dont think it can be that bad of a turbo at 6psi do u know what it comes stock pushing? like on the wasgate?

Holy ----! I've heard of noobs but this dude takes the cake. Read and search first. Then ask questions. Next thing your gonna ask is "does anyone live close to me so they can install it on my car?" We all had to read and learn ----. So if you don't know how to swim your bound to drizzown.
