hi all im new here.. i've got a ct20 turbo for very cheap and i really want to pu it on my car.. i hv a mazda 323f 1.6 doch.
do anyone know abt this turbo?? its written A/r 48 on the compressor.. did this mean sumthing?? anyone use this turbo in a project??

 

sounds like one of those small *** toyota turbos. How much power are you looking to make?

 

would be happy if i could gain about 50 hp..

looks like it's not a teriffic turbo, but can probably get you 50hp

 

do u think i will need to change the injectors n remaping etc..or i can run stock??

 

Not to fimilar with your car or setup, but 99% of the time when you add a FI system to a car you will need to add fuel somehow, wether its remapping the ecu, larger injectors or a Rising rate fuel pressure regulator.

 

do u have an idea at how many psi i must run?? i really dont wana hv my engine blown!!

i woud b ok for me if could gain abt +50 - 60 hp..

actually its a mazda B6 1.6 doch engine run abt 140 000 km but hv just renew cylinder by inserting sleeves, new ring, gaskets, water pump and radiator.
i hvn't decide yet abt wat fuel managemment i'll use.. could u guys plz advice on that. i hv plan to use an intercooler.. that sure..! boots controller n bigger injectors.. can u plz tell me how many cc i can use.. can use d mazda 1.8 gtr stock injectors
