Default Fuel System Upgrade

I'm currently building up a D16z6 and i plan on boosting it around 20psi with a fuel management system and upgrading the stock parts. I've seen some cars boost around that psi and not upgrade the fuel rail and regulator. Are these things something that i should upgrade or not? I'm upgrading injectors, pump and putting on management so. What do you guys think?

a stock honda fuel rail can handle like 600 hp or more. but the aftermarket ones look nice and they can offer fittings for gauges and what not.

The reason y i was asking was because i saw a Type r engine in a 95 civic that is running of a stock fuel rail and pushing 30 psi and around 700+ horse power. I was in a Honda Tuning mag back in last summer. I was amazed by it and it got me into turbos.
