If its like my rising rate (mine is a malpassi rrfpr) then once you turn the car off it doesnt hold fuel pressure like a nornal one. Mine will drop down quickly to like 25psi or something when i turn the car off then slowly go down to zero. Perhaps the pump isnt kicking on properly?
