For $500 you could put a simple kit on ANY car, run 2-3 psi, and get the sound and a few more HP. Unless its a giant turbo, a handful of psi won't need any difficult fuel changes.

Anywyas, anyone looking for just the sound should just put a 'carputer' in there car and play the MP3 sound over a loudspeaker. They can also have the ever-popular cow sound, pig, duck, goat-fucked-by-farmer, girl-humping sound, fart, etc. Way better IMO. Plus with a mic, they can yell at the domestics that their ricemobile has a better power/weight ratio.
