Yeah, I should be stoned. Maybe I would be blind enough to not know the difference between an American invention and the cheap "GOOK" knockoff. And maybe I would be blind to the fact that American inventions are "stolen" everyday by con artists looking to cut quality and bump quantity. Maybe, if I get really stoned, I would think that American Products Company (APC) has just one product made here, but the fact is- they don't. And alot of companies don't, so save it. ......and how do YOU know who MY people are??

 

Lets just everyone pack up a whole bunch of buds and we'll go around stoning everybody until we get everything figured out...

ya that is really weak *** of that dude to tell you straight up that he will copy your ---- as soon as it is made, basically all you can do is try to patent it and brand the hell out of it and make it so it can't be copied. and get the product out before his cheap knockoffs can, also make it so yours are different from his so the customer can tell.

 

Its not a matter of getting yours out before his. It's a matter of you spending $5 to make yours, and $0.13 for him to copy it

 

Believe it or not, there are alot of people in this industry with high ethical standards. There are just some that don't and need to be eliminated like a disease.

In the end, it will be up to the distributors and retailers whether or not they want to be known to distribute counterfeit products. Once one shop is known to do this, guys like AEM etc will pull their lines from them, because if they are distributing one knock off of one company, they'll probably distribute others.

 

I'm not trying cause any conflict, but its not nice being called names, I'm not white, I'm not asian, guess what race I am, its not nice being called names, AND I have been called a lot of names, I am in the ARMY so try to understand where I'm comming from with the defence of name calling...... back to the original issue.

 

The point is that American products can be made oversea's for half the labor and half the cost , and everyone knows when you cut labor and cost you cut quality . Simple

 

why not just make your own map diffuser.....even though that is the bastard way to do it...

i'd rather just chip my ecu, it's not very hard

 

dont buy the blox one on ebay though just got it yesterday installed it and runs like crap...car stalls out doesnt get enough vacumm blah blah blah crap...what a waste of money.
