fmu question
the niple on the very top of the rrfpr should not have anything in it; that is connected to your manifold so when pressure goes up the rising rate part of the regulator takes over.
beats the ---- out of me why anything would be in there? mine when i had it (fmu's are a ------- waste btw) had nothing in the vaccum nipple. it was just...... umm... there..

i am just boosting to 5psi. my friend on redpepperracing, has the same set up, and has been boosting at 7psi for 5years, he even does long trips to our meets everyyear... nothing has blown up on him.
i do have an safc, but spent the last weekend scoping out dsm injectors, but when ever i find a dsm that was turbo the whole motor is usualy gone. i have just been having trouble finding injectors, and my meet is tomorrow, i want someting temp so that i can make it there with out leaning out. fmu is better then no fuel management at all.
as for the plastic, it must have been shoved in there by the previous owner. god knows why.
thanks for the advice though, and it has been noted.
