what you should do is rotate the compressor housing so it points straight down, then remove the tow hitch thats sitting there and run your piping 90 bend off the turbo and 180 into the intercooler. thats what i did

I think what I'm gonna do is mount the IC and then trim the bumper so I can see how much room I have left. For some reason I was thinking that the tow hook could be removed, but it would be too low to run a pipe.

You can mount the wg further away from turbo on the a/c bolt holes on block. This way you can rotate the comp housing with no probs. As for the washer resevoir I just unbolted it and pushed it up a bit and had enough room to fit a 2.5" pipe under it.
