Default Floating idle

Have any of you encountered this problem after you've turboed your cars? Just curious to what I may be from. D16z6 turboed now after about 1000 miles on the setup the car now has a floating idle. bounces around between 1200 and 1600 rpms.

I'm truley hoping thats what it is. If it is not that would you think the valves are sticking?
