I have that same turbo! Except mine's a lot older.
I bought the outlet that ClemsonTeg posted and used the flange and the first 1" of straight (before it bends). It kind of sucks because the flange you have on the turbo + the new flange + the new straight ends up being pretty long.
The cocked inlet that Jago posted is kind of fucked up too. It's a bitch to find a filter that will fit. I had to run a screen for awhile till I found one.

Your other option... is to weld a piece of AL tubing to it on both flanges. We did this on my setup and its working out great.... of course there are also housings that would fit that and have the normal coupler'd outlet/inlet.
