is it possible to buy a wideband o2 sensor, then just hook up and autometer or some other kind of guage to it? would it be more/less acurate than using your stock narrow band?

Just read a thread on the megasquirt forum on the LM1, apparently the heating circuit for the sensor is a bit flakey, and the sensor will overheat if it's mounted too close to the turbine housing/mani, so if you do get one make sure you mount it as far away as possible, but before the cat.
