Forced Induction Custom FI Setup Questions

First time turbo install

Default First time turbo install

I need some help this is my first time doing a turbo the parts I have right now are a ihi t25 turbo with down pipe a dsm intercooler and piping, dsm 450 injectors ,bosch bov, std mainfold,boost gauge and a turbo xs boost controller now I think I know were every thing goes but I just wanna know what do I have to do for the 450 injectors like do I have to get a fmu for the to work or can my car work good with out any thing and do I need any moreparts
Please help this is my first time doing a turbo and I don’t know were I can find some oil lines and coolant lines I don’t wanna blow my motor



And if you need to know what kind of motor I have it’s a d16y7 (1996 civic dx)

First off read the FAQ and search for related topics. Second you have an OBDII car so you will need to convert to OBDI and run Uberdata or Crome. Since you are a Y7 you will need to switch to a 2 wire IAC valve also which means Y8 intake swap. Next option is just a straight FMU and inline pump. Then there is the Hack, 450's and an AFC.

but i dont think i would need to do a y8 intake swap i seen tones of y7 done with that same turbo but is there any other time of magent

just run a fmu and inline pump and dont boost over 8psi.that want i did no problem . but i sometime i hit 10psi and dont beat on it alot. 6 month and still running.

walbro on ebay for 99 bucks. i found one for 75 which is rare. keep looking
