Nice setup. I'm new to all this turbo stuff but mine will be very similar to yours.

Gay pics. How about you learn how to work a camera and take a full engine bay shot? :P

Nice work on your turbo kit.

That's a pretty good answer. Hydrulic is going to be MUCH easier to push in than cable, but the thing is I can't remember the EXACT XTD clutch I bought. It's just how I described it and it grabs fine. It's a tad stiffer to push than a stock clutch, but nothing major. I've driven a 4 puck UNsprung ACT clutch and that was a decently stiff clutch set-up. Just get 6 puck sprung and that its rated for the wtq you expect to make and you'll be fine. Stay away from anything UNsprung.

thats almost identiacl to my first turbo setup except i welded the turbo to the mani instead of using an adapter plate. that ihi is tiny though i wish i would have went stright t3 instead on that car. you can probably turn boost up a little and still be in that turbos efficentcy even though its small as hell, how do you like it?

With this being my first setup i love it, but i want to up the boost already 9-10psi would do just fine.

You'd achieve much more accurate readings with the O2 sensor behind the turbo - the air is very very turbulent right there before the turbo.
