Hey I got a question for you. When you made your down pipe flange, did you cut a spot out in the flange where the waste gate flapper is? I have an RHB5 and I'm not sure that if I do that the flapper will hit the flange or not. I'd really just like to drill the bolt holes, drill a hole for the turbine, and let the gases go from the flapper down the regular down pipe. How's it seem to be working for you?

Mike at LSDmotorsports is HMT's 'Clutch Guy'. I have an XTD from eGay and I like it.

Solid setup. Good to see more IHI's in use. What kind is it? You know the trim #'s? Or what it came from?

its a vj11, not sure of the trim #'s, should be from an 90s probe

Didn't make the dp, got it for super cheap. But it was on a vj14 so the bolt pattern for the flange is a little different but will still work. Plus it had to go the exhaust shop to be refitted as it sat to low b/c it was originally on a rex.

If your still looking for clutches I just bought the TZ kit from http://www.dxdracingclutches.com/home.html. I was looking for something that grabbed nice and was decently streetable too. I have been testing it pretty hard lately and I love it so far. Wasn't to bad on price either.

6-Puck Sprung that came with disc, throwout bearing, PP....I toasted the first one with too much grease on the input shaft. Man, that was a dumb mistake. Don't do that. Whatever you get don't get an unsprung disc. You'll hate yourself.

The number of pucks affects how aggressively the clutch grabs. Pedal pressure is controlled by how stiff of a pressure plate you use.
