Do you know what turbo he was using? this teo4h is tiny so I'm thinking 10lbs should be fine, Hell tonight I made my homemade boost controller, http://www.geocities.com/chmwatson/FAQs/mbc.html, thought it was open all the way so it would only boost to 5 lbs, when I took it down the road, ecu control told me I was making 16.5 lbs, (dont know why, I didnt think the stock honda map read that high). Good thing my charge piping blew apart, It all seems to be fine.

it's not the size of the turbo it's the power and boost. and he was running a 14b we figured around 200whp or a little less.and a 14b is a bit bigger then a te04h if I am correct. and also if you ran 16psi for real you got lucky cause that motor will not take it.

I'm not sure what it was really at but it spiked hardcore and EcuControl said 16.5 lbs.

Yeah exactly so, I would think 10 lbs on this turbo would prolly make around 185whp, I'm keeping it rich (11.3ish:1) and the timing is pulled .9 per psi

Fancy? It cost me about $6 total, and I just didnt want those ugly resistors hanging out to feel the wrath of the elements.

I've been running it for a little over a week or so at 10 lbs with no problems, its running rich, (14.3:1 in vac, and 11.2:1 in boost). The wastegage arm keeps falling off the little flapper though because I didnt put the coder pin in (the old one broke off in the hole and wont come out), what can i stick on the peg that the arm goes over to keep that thing from falling off?

I'm still waiting for a reply on my stickers.

you could just go to the hardware store and buy a cotter pin or wrap wire through it.

Those teo4hs blow, I'm glad I sold mine, the down pipe was a complete bitch too.
