oil feed must be on top . had the same problem

 

You'll have to "clock" or rotate the turbo. If the oil can't enter from the top and drain out the bottom your car will smoke.

Why don't you use the old PCV port on you intake manifold to Tee some of the vac hookups like BOV, boost guage, Wastegate ect, There too much ---- on the fuel pressure reg line.

Do it like this:
