Re:a few questions!?!?
as far as the leaking oil, i would make sure it wasn't leaking from the oil feed or return before i went rebuilding the turbo. generally, i would just 'blow' all of a sudden, they usually wear down over time, but it's not usually one minute your turbo is good, then it's bad. check all your connections, clamps, etc. first, throw some thread tape on them, then try again. as far as having some one else tune your car, we're not talking about an import shop/rice shop etc., we're talking about at the dyno, where they use wb's to tune it and are professionals and that is what they do, they wouldn't ---- your car up, besides, you would be right there, you don't drop your car off a the dyno and say "i'll be back in an hour, have her running right", you're right there involved when your car gets dyno tuned.

Re:a few questions!?!?
well, nobody said that tuning was cheap. just get your own wb kit and you can tune just as well, they are a little pricey though, they have cheaper ones that you have to assemble (lots of soldering) your self, just check out the engine management section. btw, are you obd0 or obd1? you may want to check out turbo edit or uberdata for tuning purposes, you'll get a lot more bang for your buck.
