Alright i need some help/adivce, Im going with a t3/t4 turbo for my built turbo sol set-up. Im going to order a tial external wastegate but not sure which size to go with or what to have the SPRING PRESSURE at. 38mm or 40mm.

Im going to be running 10-12 psi daily which im hoping for around 225-250whp at least. And ill be running 20-24 psi at the tracks or on the streets if a cobra wants a piece which will probably be around 375-425whp. Which wastegate should i go with and which spring pressure should i use? I dont wanna have to play with the wastegate to go from daily driver to high boost. I want to be able to just flip the boost and fuel settings instantly and not have any problems. Ill be using my remote switching system for that but dont wanna run into wastegate problems.

If you're running 20+psi I would get the larger sized WG. As for your spring, you should get the spring that matches the lowest amount of boost you plan on running.

alright ill go with the 40mm wastegate and the 7Bar (10.15 psi) spring. And ill run 11-12 daily so i dont have to worry about it.
