Bought this turbo from a member of HMT be he doesnt respond to pm's.
Can anyone tell me if this turbo is set up for external or internal WG. I need to know asap.

BTW if u didnt know, it came from a 280zxt. I googled the size.

That turbo is friggin great. You need new seals for it though. I told Dr.Boost that it smokes but I guess he left it out of the auction. Probably didn't think an HMT member would buy it. But he covered his butt with: "As with any used turbo a rebuild is a good idea."

How much did it smoke ?

I just welded it to my mani. Never coming off.

Will I be able to access all the seals I need to change with the mani welded to it ?

But Dr.Boost told me it blew some smoke.
