for my winter build i want to turbo my car and i want to use a evo3 16g because it wont have that much lag. i want to make 270-280 whp on pump gas and at least 300whp on race gas. i just want to know if this turbo can make that much power and if cant which turbo do you guys think is best for me? i also wanted to know what i have to do in oder to make
an evo3 work on a b16. can this turbo make power at 8000rpms if i port it a little?

i want to have at least 110mph traps in the 1/4 mile( my car weighs 2600lbs).
