Exactly. Troll for sure! People with a 997 wouldn't give this site even a slight consideration. Obviously a joke.

You guys aren't much help. I tried the 911 forums with no success. One of my prior indiscretions left the car with a rebuilt title so warranty hopes are out. That said, what better place to diagnose a turbo problem than in a forum where poor guys have to figure $hit out on their own as an $80+ per hour mechanic is out of the question. I knew I was walking into the lions den with my problem but still hoped someone would give it a thought. I know now to change my story from "stock 06 997" to "salvaged '82 911 with emptied WD40 cans for exhaust tips" and I'd be taken more seriously. So much for you guys knowing anything about turbos. I guess I'll go search the classifieds for one of your civic hand-me-downs that doesn't stink of nig nog (watermelon and vodka) and afro sheen. Bunch of gentlemen your folks raised. Fk.

Assuming you're not ------- with us, first thing is first. What color is the smoke? Is it blue (probably), black, or white?

I got real problems here.

It's blue smoke and intermittent. It normally shows up after a hard acceleration or long idle. Why so much negativity in these forums?

a little birdie just told me you are full of ----, don't have a porsche and are just ------ around.

$80 an Hr? if your going to lie at least be factual.... the door rate for Pfaff up here (where my old man gets his porsche crap serviced) has a door rate of $140 ..thats in canada. The subaru dealership I used to work at was $98 an Hr.

When you lie cover off all bases

If you don't have anything constructive to say, let us men talk about cars.
