well, I have an 83 nissan 280zxt that runs 13.3 @ 106 with the following mods:
cold air intake
370cc injectors
homemade boost controller
ACT street clutch
20psi boost w/stock t-3
starion intercooler
3 inch mandrel bent exhaust
and the car weighs 3100 w/ me in it.

chris 13.3 at palmdale with nos is really good. i go there and the elevetion really kills your time. that would probably be like 13 flat at sea level.

I have a 93 del sol si d16z6. Running a 15g greddy turbo w/ greddy intercooler @ 7psi, Vortech fmu, inline fuel pump, greddy EBC, polished valve cover(you know thats 50 horse hell ya baby),full exhaust.. kinda.. no muffler, racing clutch, and street tires. Ran a 13.8 @103mph once... and mainly running low 14's @ 10 psi. and mid 15's at 7 psi..I aslo live in az.. so props to me and the hotter air .

runnin' a d15 single cam vtec (vti), lsd vti tranny, lightened flywheel (oem 10.75pds), ihi square flange (7-8 psi), fields controller for fine tuning, chipped ecu with top fuel turbo program, missing link, homemade water injection system(thanks steve), more more more...... 13.2 @ 104mph. more tuning and12's guaranteed this season
