ok i have a 93 civic ex turbo. i have installed everything and cant get it to start. i have spark, i have fuel, i have compression in cylinders 1 and 2, about a third of what i need. and i have no compression in cylinders 3 and 4. what are all the solutions or reasons for this. timing, ive checked, my valves not closing i just dont know, please someone help, i have been back and forth trying to troubleshoot this thing because i dont have the money to just take it to a shop.

what did you change from when you had the car running?

 

Sounds like the valve timing is off. Check your timing belt!
