Default Engine timing control under boost.

With a hack management job how is engine timing controlled to compensate for boost. Do I need a timing control device or does the vafc or something else do the job. Thanks for you help. I am new to this please dont roast me for asking dumb questions. They are only dumb if you already the answer.

do you: no. under 8psi just retart the distributor. Higher boost get an MSD BTM

Your lucky all these questions your asking are semi legitimate ones cause I'm just waiting for you to slip up so I can flame on you. :P Don't ask how much power or how fast it will do becuase that will get a smartass remark

Just keep doing your research and you'll be fine. You'll also learn more that way than just asking question. faq is your best friend
