Re:Engine misfiring after 5500 rpms
ive heard often that the af meter's are useless.. Their are so many reasons why an af meter could be inaccurate.. They depend on your o2 sensor being "good, up to temp, located just so", and many other variables that can throw them off.. The thing is obviously going to show you that your richer or leaner, but the scale could be way off.. I would trick it to look perfect right now while you know your dialed in.. as this is perfectly stoich for your setup. this way you can use your meter to monitor and actually to get back to this setting if you change stuff.

Also, if you get an air fuel ratio gauage that splices into your O2 sensor like the Autometer Ultra-Lite..
That's the one I use, and, well, I'll tell you how accurate it is once I get the EcuControl module installed.
EcuControl gives you the air fuel ratio that your ECU reads directly from your O2 sensor, which is supposedly what the Autometer does.. oh well.. I should be able to tell you all in about a week.

What does everyone think of this Air/Fuel Gauge, and it's ratio chart. Good/Bad?
