engine internals on a euro spec ZC (D16a9)
hi guys
im from europe (UK) and have been told when turbo charging my D16a9 engine i should be replacing things like pistons with upgraded versions. Please could someone tell me what PSI needs to be exceeded for these to be replaced and also what things I need to bear in mind when hunting down the correct pistons for my car? will ZC uprated pistons fit? also is it worth changing anything else... head gasket, piston rings etc etc
any help will be greatly appreciated

about 6psi to start off, will be looking for about 12 max. I would like to strengthen the engine internals whatever the case thou. Is there any places online that stock performance (turbo) pistons? also how specific do i need to be when ordering, do they do like a D series swap over kit or is it very specific to engine codes
