Default Egay T3 turbo... good deal? or.... help a newb

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7944934355

i see this, the seller says they are rebuilt and tested.

internal wastegate, and

.42 and .48 AR (can some1 please help me out with these #'s) i know they are for intake and exhaust size openings. i got a little D series motor that i'm gonna be putting parts together for, but dont know if the sizes will be a good match for my engine.

and also, is the link above a good deal? i found usually most t3's garretts go for like 300$ and +.!!! any info would be greatly appreciated.
