Can I get away with a cheaper wastegate? I've been thinking maybe just an ebay one on that too... I'm hoping to find some of these parts cheaper on yahoo japan auctions but we will have to wait and see

e-bay WG and bov's seem to work fine

I ran a e-bay Blitz-DD knockoff at 14psi and it didn't give a ----, the 38mm knockoff WG works fine too.

Whatsup girlie...

Ebay BOV are fine i used a tial knockoff for a year or so... worked/sounded great. I still think you should invest in a real Tial wastegate but its up to you. As for the block... With a good tune.. ALLLL youl need are the ARPS to go to 10 psi and above on those turbos... Dont wory about posting or filling anything.

If you get a good tune on your ride, it will last a long time...... i beat mine like a red headed stepchild for over a year. Motor is still in the car running even after taking off the kit and reselling it to someone on this site. 25000 BEATEN BOOSTED miles. Still runs fine.

O hey bigdaddy wats up? Yea, I want to go close to 300whp so with the turbo's I've listed I'm assuming I'll have to run between 12-15psi to get there, hopefully the engine can take the beating. I'll probably try and get a good deal on a wastegate from japan and have it shipped in, might do the same for the BOV. I also only plan to drive this car about 8 months out of the year, it will probably see 8-10k a year so I don't think I should have any problems with the block. Hopefully I can get some pistons and rods but that won't be any time soon. I'll definitely look into that audi WG as well, thx guys!
