Default Eclipse 2.4L 4G64-Turbo Project *In Progress*

My Eclipse Spyder was the first car I've ever owned unfortunately when I first started with import scene I was all set for looks and other stupid things. I have learned and matured since then and now this Spyder is undergoing another makeover which is restoring it to its original body and the same time adding a little bit of boost. Below are the specs of this project. Most of the turbo parts came from its brother the 4G63 turbo. Now before I get any comments how the turbo is too small for this setup. Please note that I'm not looking to get big WHP out of the setup. My estimated power when done would be around 185-210whp. Now on to specs and some build pics...

Engine;

- Fully stock 4G64

Fuel System;

- EVO 190lph Fuel Pump

- DSM 450cc injectors.

- DSM Resistor Pack.

- Stock FPR.

- Inline Fuel Pressure Gauge.


Turbo System;

- Eclipse 2G Turbo Manifold.

- Eclipse 2G T25 Turbo.

- Eclipse 2G Side Mount Intercooler.

- Eclipse 2G Turbo Oil Pan.

- Ebay Oil feed and return line.


Tuning;

- Apexi SAFC.

- Stock MAF.


- Misc Gauges.


Ignition;

- NGK BKR7E ( 2 step colder ) Gapped to .32

- Local autostore new Wireset.


Exhaust;

- Stock Exhaust System.

- Custom downpipe.

- Apexi N1 Muffler.

4g64=gay... DOHC gallant 4G64=****... conversion of 4g64 with 4g63 head=priceless.

think there might be an issue doing it though, my buddy with a "wideblock" was able to do the conversion, think the FWD ones might be "narrowblocks" hell if i know, its been a while.
