Default ebay boost controller install help

I'm not trying to sound like a noob, but I ordered the same exact boost controller off of ebay and the seller said it came with instructions, well it did'nt and the little screws were missing in the package, no biggie about the screws I was'nt going to use them anyways. But I don't know which end to hook up to what and the vaccum t throws me off. Anyone install one this style before?

I've never installed one of those but there are only two ways to install it. Plus the arrow pointing in should indicate that incomming air should go in that direction, just common sense :1

yeah but the vaccum t is what confuses me its not a straight through t if you blow in one end air only comes out on one side. Plus mine does'nt have the arrow on the t it has one on the main peice though. I've installed other boost controllers before I'm not a tard this one just seems odd to me
