Default Easiest way to make charge pipes

I ordered 4 2.5" mandreal U-bends is this enough to make my charge pipes? Im putting this on my stock d16y7 with Johhnyboy 6" intercooler. What would be the easiest way to make these without having to lay a million welds?

What are you using from the throttle body down? Are you making that as well because you'll probably need some straight pipe as well. But, when I do exhaust work/charge pipes, I like to just make a starting point (say the throttle body) and work on 1 piece at a time. Don't get too far ahead or you'll just screw yourself. Keep a good eye on your angles and anything that might hit, or rattle. Make a cut, tack weld if needed, and just keep going until it's done.
In alot of cases such as my own setup, where the pipe coming from the throttlebody meets the pipe that ducts down into the inner wheel housing panel and goes to the IC, I just used a silicone coupling to hold that together. Actually the only welding for the charge pipes I had to do was the pipe that comes directly off the compressor housing. For me, it's hard to see how something should be in it's completed stages, I just keep my head focused and make it as i go.

I will eventually change my IM and yes the elbows are like $35 never thought about using radiator hose. Does a new IM really make that much of a difference

You can get a new intake mani for not a lot of money. The 90 elbow is a grip.
