dyno result, (correct forum)

i posted this in GE by mistake, my apology.

I went to the dyno on Saturday and in all it was a huge disappointment. Here's the set up:
CRX with b18a with t3t/t40e at 7psi
spearco fmic
DSM blue top
Walboro pump
2.5" to 3" exhust
hks ssq bov
TurboEdit
Delta wg.

Far from my expectation, i put down 148hp on a dynojet, it is beyond lame. The biggest problem is my ignition, it was misfiring like mad at high rpm, no matter what we did, it still did the same thing. I used PM7_NG26 with stock pr4 map imported, then I had 120% fuel adjusted for boost with -.60 retard. At first it was running lean at 14:1 at WOT. We ajust things a bit and got the AF somewhat stable. I'm going back again next sunday when they have a mechanic there. I'm suspecting the dizzy has been messed with and it is not at stock timing, i believe the owner of the engine before me had mess with the timing. Anybody got any input?

i'm sure getting kicked hard for that hairy pothead thread ;D

Nevertheless, this is beyond sad, it's simply pathetic.
And yes semmos, it was 120% adjusted.

What was your A/F ratio when in boost?

I used that bin in my B18a1 PR4 and had a ruff time. I am now using the PM6_NG25, which runs very smooth. might try this.

gap your plugs at 28. and it looks like your running lean as ---- on the dyno. thats probably your probably. what the ---- is that on the screen of the computer?? it only goes to 3600 rpm. well it climbs up from 3k to 3.5k. and it looks like they stopped the pull. maybe because it started runnning lean i dont know. post a full dyno sheet with a pull to 7. i dont know. anyone else. but is it me or does the dyno only go to 3.6k

Do you happen to have a FULL dyno graph? peak numbers usually don't pop up at 3500.....

that is my first run, on first run the tuner usually have you go up to 3k only to have an idea of what the af is like. Imagine what the result could be have I step all the way to redline with that kinda of af. Im requestiong the fullgraph from them but they aren't responding to my emails. At around 6k power line start to flux big time, the tuner says it's kicking back the signal due to misfiring, so I don't know.
