Dyno graph - CRX -
Max Power - 169.7 @ 6386 RPM
Max Torque - 140.0 @ 6375 RPM
setup,
1990 DOHC ZC 1.6 (stock engine, ive never even had the head off)
ACT 11.9LB Flywheel
LSD Motorsports Stage one million clutch and unsprung pressure plate
10-11 psi
TEO4H turbo
SAFC HACK, been rocking the safc hack since about 2001 i think, or there abouts.
ive been running the car at 9-13psi daily driven for at least the last 5 years or more.
its never been tuned and never dynod until today.
the magical power of the ZC. i know the numbers are pretty low and nothing to brag about, but for a stock engine like that thoes are very nice numbers for a daily driver crx.
and my best quarter mile is 13.8 @ 99 MPH at 9.5psi
im not quite sure what the spike is at the end, i was told it could be my engine leaning out or ignition too advanced, but im not sure.
comments?

never ever had a problem, its never let me down, ive never been late for work because of it, and i still pick up groceries with it. drive to the track/dyno/autox and drive home under my own power.
if you look in the "turbo projects" section here on HMT you can see my old setup, the boosted d15b2 at 5psi, and i never even blew that motor, only reason i changed motors is because i blew the clutch and didnt feel like spending more money on the motor.
but even though my motor seems to put up with a lot of ----, i still recommend a good tune, my ecu is socketed and all ready for turboedit, i just havent been able to get a wideband together to tune it! ive been trying for the last 3 years, but its never worked out.

that is the link to my first setup. SAME CAR, SAME TURBO/MANIFOLD, SAME INTERCOOLER, also exhaust, oil lines and charge pipes have not changed at all since my first setup.
can you believe how far that car has come in the last 5-6 years? i forget what year that setup was done in but it was when jeff frank was just a baby
but ya, im still proud of that setup, and im grateful that jeff still has it posted on the site. or maybe he just forgot to delete it
same car, only a lot of years later and countless mods.
LOL, but notice my trademark, only the front bumper has an unpainted moulding.
haha, thats too good.

This car would eat it alive... D15Z1 bottom end, D16Z6 head, 5.5 psi:
Turbo-Dan's car... obviously doesn't even run correctly.

and im sure my power curve would look quite a bit better with a tune.
next year im going to slap a turboedit basemap on it, and locate a wideband and get it tuned.
i say this every year, but next year im pretty hopefull.
what do you think it would make with a tune?
