12's are not that difficult, anyone can make a cheap engine/turbo setup and even a cheap ass chasis. But its all in traction. Slicks are expensive and so are good clutches.

There was a discussion on honda-tech awhile back on how hard it was to make a "decent looking" meaning not just a POS, honda run 11's for 5 grand (incl car). I think if I had a bit more patience I could do it no problem.

now I actually have one of those whip cream canisters (umm.. for cooking). It can hold up to 3 charges at once in it.

Think I need to hook that ---- up?

yes Jays CRX hit a 12.84@110 he probably had like $2,500 into his setup with the car. All you need is a light car and a decent turbo setup.

He had a pretty good turbo to start with an 18G on a ZC...

I doubt there's enough juice in a whipped cream can to make a real difference in a car, nitrous bottles don't last long.
