dsm turbo flange and evo 8 turbo flange the same?

just wondering if the 14b turbo flange is the same as the evo 8 turbo flange? the flange that connects to the turbo manifold! thanks

The newer evos are twinscroll (divided, 2 triangle holes), and reverse rotation.
