the feed may or may not be the same. the dsm is a 7/16-24. my big 16g came with the oil line banjo bolt so i dunno on that one.
i can tell you that the drain bolts will not line up though. the bolts on the turbo drain on the 14b are closer together than the T25. i had to grind mine down with a dremel to get them to fit (make sure you stuff paper towel into the pipe before you grind to keep shavings out).
the compressor outlets are completly different as i'm sure you know.
water lines are the same though IIRC.

feeds are different, returns are different. exhaust housing will bolt up just fine, charge piping might have to be moved around a little. But for the most part yes its plug and play.
