Well, see, that did take quite a while, and I could not find that info as easily as you did, cause I had no idea what to search for. However, now that you have answered my questions, I know, and in the future, can help out others. Honestly, the answer to my question was easy, but it was still a legitiment question, and did not deserve the comments it got.

Here, an example.

1g intercoolers had bigger cores, but smaller inlets/outlets, and can be changed easily. The 1g dsm bovs were metal, and will work great, I even have one. The 2g bovs were plastic, and could leak. As for the wastegate, try a search next time for ______ (whatever you searched for) https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...d=1506;start=0


so really, you could have ended all of this simply with one paragraph, and that info would have taken me a VERY long time to come across, so why not help out and help guide someone new to this dsm turbo stuff.... I'm out, and kinda dissapointed, seriously, what is with people these days. Thanks for the answers though.

..and no that took no time at all. I don't stalk the forums waiting for people to reply. I happend to check back.. took about 3 - 4 minutes.

Some of you people are some smart A$$es >:(

As for the DSM intercooler, I see no way to put that under a CRX Bumper. It's very complex. I've tried and tried... doesnt work. Seen one guy use it in the place of the resonator if that helps.

Thanks man, that does help big time. I wanted to put it up front, but at least now I am prepared for that to not work, and I will check out fitment where the resonator box is. I'll find a place for it ;) I'll also get pics etc when I'm done, in another month or so.
