First off I'm new to the board so whats up everyone. Has anyone had any experience with using a dsm side mount intercooler? The design of the unit is very odd as it is 5 " thick with the ends at wierd angles. Does anyone have any mounting suggestions for a 2nd gen CRX? My set up is going to be consisting of a ihi Mazda turbo, Greddy emanage, hf mani w/adapter, and dsm intercooler. Thanks...

 

most people put them up int their wheel well, or you can even mount them up front too.

 

The inlet and outlets are a little weird, but they are great for a DSM :P I have seen people cut the pipes off and weld on new ends to make it a front mount. I have also seen people use the factory angles and make it work in the front or wheelwell. You just have to be really creative with it.

 

ive seen people run dual smic's. cut the pipes and reweld where needed. kinda fucked up, but its neat
