Default Dsm Injector Sealing

Well I'm into my install. And having trouble getting a good fit on the injectors, the fuel rail doesnt want to fit right up and hold them good. Anybody have any tips?

Are you saying they are too loose? I believe the only modification we did was to sand down the large rubber seal in the intake manifold. Everything else was stock.

Well not exactly loose.. Just not fitting with the fuel rail good. They got allot of room, very little injectors in height. I'm afraid of leaking.

Well I got the Injectors in tight. Just wondering how do you guys get the stock injector clips into the dsm injectors?. I cut the litte notch out, but still no fit. Its a d16y7 motor.

stock OBD-0 clips will fit plug&play, even w/o cutting the notch

I'm not sure what you would have to modify man. that sucks, that your stuck like this. Is there any way you can grab some plugs off an older DSM. thats what I did for my injectors.
