My exhaust mannifold gasket was too thin. It leaked exhaust before it ever got to the turbo... i didnt realise because my down pipe was off therefor it was loud up front. It boosts now... Fast *** hell i love it

I think your blow off valve was sitting open and leaking all the air out.
