driving w/ out charge connection

is it cool to drive around with just mani/turbo/dp and oil lines for a day or two? i might have to run to the store a few times for a part or two or if i take more then 1 day to install i'd need transportation.

bad idea, your turbo will end up spinning way harder than as if there were a load on it, and potentially it could be damaging.

The only time i'd run a car like that is on the way to the muffler shop to get IC piping made, and even then take it super easy.. I think like hooking up the turbo to an air filter or something might help a bit cuz its having to push air through the filter, causing some resistance and might keep it from overspinning.
