Probably this one

3 Bolt Flange

I need the same one. I'd definately ask them to measure the distance between holes and the diameter of the center before buying it though. I have 2 different wg flapper deals and they have different size outlet holes and bolt patterns.

so i can just take them my bend and they can flare the end, cool! i was going to make a ghetto adaptper plate/flange for it, but the right flange is only 8 bucks and i already have the bends actually, my ***** is in the compressor in that picture

wow, what a ------- rip off. i just ordered the flange, it was 8.50 so i thought that was a pretty good deal right? then shipping on it was 7 bucks, but i got 3 day because i need it this weekend, so that uppped it to 12 bucks for shipping, damn 20 bucks, oh well that's not that bad, oh wait, don't forget the 5 dollar 'handling' fee 25 bucks for a part that only cost 8.50 and prolly only weight half a pound :P

Thats a hardcore universal flange that Pep Boys probably has sitting on the shelf. Thats not a turbo specific part, its a regular 3 bolt exhaust flange.
