the hose is shortened now, but the centerhousing is not clocked. i'll get a pic of it how it is on the new turbo next week

bambooseven, what nut/screw? did you used for the oilpan? Is it welded up?

Jeff, are you saying that it is bad for the oil return to point directly down? Should it point directly toward the oil pan? Will it make that much difference?

what size piping did you use from the internal wastegate? what size for the downpipe?

Well in his case his freaking extension is so long it aims down to far, so I think with that setup I would clock it more towards the block, so it gives a smoother angle on the return line, and on most setups we do on 4g civics we have a cross member right there, so its a must.

Smooth oil return is very important, I dont like oil backing up inside the center section, then leaking out of the seals, then causing it to smoke.
