Default down pipe help

I noticed there was thred about the higher cost of building a turbo kit, I must agree. My problem is I need a DP for my t25 in a crx, all I can find is guys building them at 300 plus dollars. and unfortunelty I don't weld. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a dp cost down as my turbo fmu and manifold did come to that price...

do you have a way to cut piping?
die grinder w/attachment, angle grinder, chop saw, miter saw w/ metal cutting blade, etc.

On my very first turbo kit, I cut the piping and marked it, then took it to a muffler shop.
The guy charged me 20 for intercooler piping and 20 for dp and test pipe. (2 trips)
