Does my home made log manifold really suck that bad?

Does my home made log manifold really suck that bad?
After my SSAC manifold crapped out, I made a log for my 14b. Since then i've had some boost creep issues, and i'll only boost up to 6.5psi(Wastegate is 8psi) I had redo some of the chargepiping, the down pipe(which I just cut shorter for the time being), and the oil drain line. I checked my piping for leaks and found a few and fixed them, it helped a tiny amount but basically the same thing. Any ideas, maybe my BOV is shot, i dunno

Port the wastegate flapper, make sure the actuator arm and/or the flapper arm aren't binding.

Found my problem to the boost lag, turns out one of the bolts that mounts the turbo to the manifold came out, and it was blowing through the gasket. I put the new one in, and spools up good now.
